Post is about  Spice Mi-502 problems like freez, hang, and forgot id etc.By using this trick we can remove screen pattern lock and other locks.Also sotware related problems also solved.

Note: Before do that take backup of your important data, phonebook, messages, images, and take out sim card and SD Card.Because after hard reset it is not possible to recover all data so it is important to take backup of all your data.

1. Press and hold Volume down+power keys together
2. Release power key only when mobile vibrate
3. Select Clear Flash and Touch Home Key
4. Reboot Mobile
